Monday: Michael Dennis, Director of the William J McCord Adolescent Treatment Centre, explains how the State service is reducing drink and drug abuse amongst 15-18 year olds.This was followed by an interesting visit to the Regional Medical Centre hospital were we heard the importance they placed on customer service and greeting patients because we "don't want them to go to another hospital".
